Benchtops

 

 manufacture laminated benchtops, breakfast bars, bathroom vanities, drop aprons, laundry tops, table tops, office and reception tops, splash backs and kicks.

 

Postforming is the process of bending and forming laminate smoothly onto a substrate board with a profile edge. Our benchtops come in different profiles.

 

The standard profiles for laminated benchtops are 180 degrees (bull nose) and 10x10mm radius. The standard thickness of a benchtop is 33mm. Choose also from 90 degrees, shark nose and reverse shark nose profiles, square edging or acrylic edging (only available in some colors).

 

We manufacture a full range of tight radius profiles such as 8x8mm, 6x6mm and 4x4mm on a range of board thicknesses.

 

On request we can rebate the underside of the board to provide a flush laminate finish. We also provide the option of a drip groove/glue line on the underside of the board for commercial applications such as hospitals, laboratories or hospitality.

T & C Postforming tops are easy to maintain – please use a nonabrasive cloth and a mild detergent and wipe clean whenever necessary. Our laminated benchtops are also safe to use for food preparing – please use chopping boards for cutting as sharp edges will scratch the surface.
